By Local Train
There are frequent trains from London Victoria to Lingfield (every half-hour on weekdays, taking three quarters of an hour - see National Rail Enquiries). Guests can be met at the station - let us know well in advance when you are due to arrive. Our preferred pick up time at Lingfield is 3:09 pm.
National Trains
Intercity trains arrive at London stations from most parts of the country, including a direct service from London Waterloo connecting to the Eurostar Shuttle services from mainland Europe. Timetable information can be obtained from National Rail Enquiries.
By Coach
National Express coaches go to London with a regular service from most parts of the country, arriving at Victoria coach station. A coach can be boarded there to arrive at East Grinstead (only 2 a day). Guests can be met from the coach - let us know well in advance when you are due to arrive.

Alternatively, from there to Claridge House you can get a train from London Victoria station to Lingfield station - let us know well in advance when you are due to arrive.
By Car
Claridge House is easily accessible by car from the M25 and the M23, and also from the A22 and the A264 : see Area Road Map
- From M25:
Leave at Junction 6 (A22) following signs to East Grinstead. At Blindley Heath traffic lights turn left to Lingfield on B2029. At first mini roundabout in Lingfield go straight ahead, at second mini roundabout bear left. Follow directions from Lingfield
- From M23:
Leave at Junction 10 following signs to East Grinstead. At the second roundabout turn left and follow the B2038 to Lingfield (cross one staggered junction, then cross the A22 at a roundabout). At first mini roundabout in Lingfield bear right, at second mini roundabout bear left. Follow directions from Lingfield
- From Lingfield:
About half a mile out of Lingfield, past the racecourse on your right, go under a railway bridge with traffic lights. About quarter of a mile after the bridge, fork right towards Dormansland along Dormans Road. Claridge House is situated about 240 yards along on the left, entered between two large white gate posts, almost hidden by the hedge.
By Air
Gatwick Airport is only 15 miles away. We can arrange for our local taxi to pick you up from there. From Heathrow, go into London by Underground then to Lingfield by train from Victoria Station. Guests can be met at Lingfield station - let us know well in advance when you are due to arrive.
